So, I visited Mother this past weekend. All was well and good, except maybe our kitchen and dining room...um, yeah, my mom thought it would be a good idea to get more in touch with her Mexican heritage. Now, I'm not really an expert on what constitutes "Mexican heritage," but I'm pretty sure it's not limited to the peppers that now hang over that entire section of the house. Red peppers. Green peppers. Chili peppers. On the walls. On the table. On the counter and in the china cabinet...and then there's the piñata that's hanging in the our kitchen...oh Mom...
